Year-Round Pest Protection with Community365
Why a Yearly Maintenance Program Makes A Ton of Sense for Many Home & Business Owners
Above: an example mouse entry point that we hunt down and seal off. This type of exclusion work is the cornerstone of our yearly pest maintenance program.
Community365, our yearly maintenance program, is built around the concept that pest problems often follow predictable patterns, and the goal is to get ahead of them, not react to them one emergency at a time.
That means three scheduled visits per year, year-round coverage, and a technician who already knows your property, instead of starting over with a new company every time something shows up.
The program works the same way for home owners and local businesses. Offices, restaurants, retail stores, warehouses, and any other property where pests are a standing risk rather than a one-time problem.
What Does Our Maintenance Plan Cost?
It starts at $49 per month ($588 per year). Your price depends on several factors, including:
The size of your home or business
The existing level of pest activity
Which pests are present
The property’s location and surrounding pest pressure
The type of property and its specific needs
Obviously, a 1,000 square foot ranch in the Water Hill neighborhood of Ann Arbor isn’t the same job as a six-bedroom estate outside Plymouth. And a restaurant in downtown Northville has very different pest control needs than a Saline farmhouse.
To determine your cost, we visit and inspect your property (for free!), understand what you’re dealing with, and give you a straightforward price based on the actual job.
There are no surprises just to get started. Unlike with many competitors and other home service companies, there’s no start-up fee and no inspection charge to begin a maintenance plan.
What Does it Include?
Our pest control maintenance program covers the following pests:
Mice (fully covered! – see more on this below!)
Ants
Stinging Insects (like Wasps and Hornets)
Carpenter Bees
Mediterranean and Wood Cockroaches
Spiders
Centipedes
Millipedes
Crickets
Pill Bugs
Stink Bugs
Box Elder Bugs
You will receive three scheduled service visits throughout the year, along with coverage between visits at no additional charge for covered pests.
Because we’re already familiar with your property, maintenance customers also receive preferential scheduling when something comes up. And if you need help for something that’s outside the covered list above, you’ll receive discounted rates. Excluded pests include raccoons, groundhogs, skunks, bed bugs, bats, and birds.
***Yep, Mice Are totally Covered with Community365
This is a massive benefit of our maintenance program compared to others.
A Mouse Entry Point in an Ann Arbor Area Home!
A lot of pest control maintenance plans cover common insects but exclude mice or charge extra whenever they appear. We don’t think that’s very neighborly.
With mice included as a covered pest, you won’t have to worry about receiving an additional charge if you hear scratching in the wall or find evidence of mouse activity.
More importantly, though, covering mice changes the incentive for us as your pest control company: we’re not paid extra every time we have to come back for a covered pest. So, our goal isn’t just to put down a few traps and await the next phone call. Our goal is to solve the problem.
That means searching for how mice are getting into your home or business, identifying entry points, and taking steps to prevent them from coming back (we’re really good at this!).
In the long run, that’s better for everyone. It’s more effective for you, and it’s more efficient for us than sending a truck out for repeated unscheduled service calls.
That’s what any good maintenance program should do: align your interest with ours.
Don’t Wait Until You Have a Pest Problem!
The best time to deal with recurring pest problems is before they become recurring headaches.
Kitchen Cockroaches are Never Fun!
We see the same seasonal patterns every year. Ants show up in the kitchen as soon as the ground warms in spring, out foraging before much else is active. Wasps build through the summer and turn noticeably more aggressive by late August, once colonies peak and their food supply starts to dry up. Then the first cold nights of fall send mice and other rodents and wildlife looking for a way inside. By the time you actually spot one, it’s usually already been in the walls for a while.
A maintenance plan gives you a proactive approach to pest control, regular inspections and service, coverage for the pests that matter most.
So whether you’re protecting your home, restaurant, office, retail space, or warehouse, the goal is the same: keep pests from becoming a bigger problem in the first place.
