ATTIC NOISES
Attic noises can be difficult to diagnose without a thorough in person inspection but a helpful first step is to record the noise and send in your recording! One of our most common inspection requests comes from homeowners that have an unusual noise in their home. Often the first signs of a mouse, squirrel, bat or raccoon infestation is the running, scratching, and thumping heard in attics, walls and crawl spaces. Send over a recording!

Home Exterior Gaps & Openings
Trapping and removing rodents and wildlife solves your immediate pest problem but permanently sealing the vents, soffits and other holes where they entered your home is the true solution.

Animal Droppings
One of the obvious signs of a critter infestation in your home is the droppings they leave behind. If you have found animal droppings in your kitchen, attic, basement or crawl space send over a photo for our experts to take a look at!

BITING INSECTS
There are many insects that inadvertently find themselves in beds and bedrooms that may be mistaken for bed bugs. There are also many causes of apparent bites that are unrelated to bugs. Send over a high quality photo of your suspected biting insect and we will help identify if it is a bed bug!

Saw dust, mud tubes & damaged wood
Carpenter ants and termites sometimes leave indications that they are destroying wood in your home. Carpenter ants leave behind coarse “sawdust” as they excavate the galleries they live in. Termites build mud tubes that they travel in from dirt up to wood. These tubes look like veins of dirt often found on crawlspace and basement walls. If you have suspected ant to termite activity send over a photo and we can help identify what is going on!
