During our initial contact, you will communicate with a customer service representative (not an automated system) that has a rich knowledge of our service offerings, processes and our service area. After learning about your pest issue they will create an account, offer to communicate through phone, email or text and schedule an appointment for one of our expert technicians to come to your home or business to inspect and provide a detailed service plan.

Your technician will arrive on time to inspect the areas where you have observed pest activity as well as many of the areas other companies wont go. We regularly inspect attics, crawl spaces, on roofs and under decks to find the source of the infestation so we can eliminate the root cause of your issue.

Once we have inspected, made our recommendations and agreed on an approach we will provide you with a signed service agreement and in most cases we will start service the same day. As we work through the elimination process we will communicate our progress and provide regular digital service reports that will include our findings and details of the service provided.

The final step is enjoying your clean and safe, pest-free space!
