  • "Community Pest Solutions saved us! We originally had Proof come out to inspect some sawdust-like frass on the side of our house. They decided it was termites and that it would cost us thousands of dollars and some destructive digging around our property to place bait traps. So I called Community for a second opinion – turns out we should have called them first! Layni was super responsive over phone and text (!!!), even going as far as letting me send her pictures of the site so that she could send them to their tech, who very quickly said nope, that's carpenter ants. Sure enough, Derek came out within the same week and confirmed it was carpenter ants (even found some dead ones for more confirmation), and sprayed our area for a much more reasonable price and with a guarantee through the end of the year. If you need pest control, go local and USE THESE GUYS. Thank you, Community Pest Solutions!"

  • "I called Community a while back, but they were booked out for a period of time and I was impatient. So I went with another company… big mistake!! Months later, problem still exists. So I contacted them again. Very friendly office staff by the way! My technician was knowledgeable, thorough and very communicative. He even invited me to walk the property with him and welcomed all my questions, which I very much appreciated. I’m not sure of the going rate for pest removal, but personally, there is no price on peace of mind. Thank you CPS and Eric — my go-to company for all things pests!"

  • "I had birds living in my attic. Eric came out in the fall and placed an evacuation tube. He was very professional and understanding. He let me know that there were also a few bats up there. He explained everything very clearly and made plans to remove the tube in the spring. The tube was removed in a timely manner, screen and gable secured and painted to match the color of the gutters and trim."

I finally called Community Pest Solutions and I wish I had done it much sooner. Unlike the first, unsuccessful service provider, Derek recommended a trap and exclude plan of action. So after a winter-long battle with red squirrels, including the destruction of newly installed insulation in my attic!!, Derek trapped the offender and finished the exclusion work today. He then placed traps all around the places where mice were clearly coming in. I appreciate the follow-up visits to ensure the mice are caught and the house is sealed up. I'm glad I did. After leaving a message with the office, I received a return call within 30 minutes. Joe and his partner were able to come out within 24 hours to take care of several active nests around my house. They arrived as scheduled and were gone within 20 minutes. The yellow jackets were gone within an hour. All that accomplished for significantly less than another well known pest control company quoted me with a much better guarantee. I was concerned about the safety of the bait and spray used, as I have pets and enjoy the local birds and wildlife. John took the time to explain everything and made me more comfortable. Scheduling was super easy, the technician was prompt, professional, and most importantly - solved our squirrel problem (and a bat problem that he discovered along the way). They came to check on the traps and empty them on a regular basis (this was super important in the heatwave that we were experiencing to avoid the stench lingering in the attic...) and then seamlessly sealed up the entry points. A pest control business is one you never hope to have to work with again, but in case another rodent needs to be served an eviction notice, I won't hesitate to call Community again."

On the first trip out, Community Pest Solutions listened to my description of the situation and then determined that it was likely mice scampering up the walls and across the ceiling. I was skeptical, but Derek, the service provider, sounded extremely knowledgeable, and so I signed up for their services. He was right. He knew where to set traps, searched for entry points and sealed them up, and had a strategy for determining when the mice were finally gone from the interior so that the last entry point could be sealed up. For the first time in years, the problem is solved. No more scampering in the ceiling! I couldn't be more pleased."
