Which Types of Inspections are always free?
If you live in a single-family home or own a business, Community offers free inspections for most pests. This includes:
Rodents & Wildlife: Mice, Raccoons, Squirrels, Bats, Birds, Groundhogs, Skunks
Insects & Other Pests: Ants, Bees / Wasps / Hornets, Spiders, Stink Bugs, Termites
The inspections that come with fees are usually tied to more complex, high-risk, or specialized issues (bed bugs, rats, cockroaches, fleas, unknown smells, unknown burrows, etc.). Apartments, mobile homes, and other rental properties also require an inspection fee. See more on these exceptions below.
