Maintenance program
Enjoy a pest-free environment year-round!
Our maintenance program is an easy choice for most clients. You’ll have full 365-day coverage that includes preventive services throughout the year to help maintain a pest-free environment.
No charge for requested services between maintenance visits for covered pests.
Free assessment of pest entry points and written plan to address them for you.
Our annual maintenance clients receive preferential scheduling and a significant discount for many pests that aren't covered under their maintenance program which includes: Birds, Wildlife (Raccoons, Groundhogs, Skunks), Cockroaches, Bed Bugs, etc.
Contact us and a Community Pest Solutions technician will come to your home to provide a free assessment. They will work with you to determine the specific services needed to keep your home pest free year round.
The cost of your maintenance program will vary based on home size, level of infestation, type of pests present and pest pressures in your area. Your Community Pest tech will provide you with a custom quote for your home's unique pest control needs.

Single Services
One and done!
Some pests show up out of nowhere and need immediate attention. For sporadic or seasonal pests we offer single services. Our Community Pest technicians can help you determine if a one time treatment or regular maintenance makes the most sense for your pest situation.

Wildlife services
Noise in your attic? Critters driving you nuts?
Rodents and wildlife are formidable pests but they can be controlled with a thoughtful strategy. Our team will thoroughly inspect your home or business, accurately identify the critters making noise in your attic or invading your kitchen, assess the likely causes of the problem and address those causes to help prevent future rodent and wildlife infestation.
Some rodent pests such as mice and rats may require a maintenance program to be fully controlled while wildlife such as raccoons and groundhogs may only require live trapping and exclusion. Whatever your rodent or wildlife problem, we will find the best solution for you!

Newer homes often have rodent entry points that were left during the construction process. Gaps around your roof line may be exploited by squirrels, mice, birds and bats to gain entry. Gaps left along your home's foundation allow for mouse, rat, and chipmunk entry. Gable vents, crawl space vents and bathroom vents are often left unscreened or are inadequately screened allowing critters to move right in.
Older homes share many of the same problems as new construction plus the added element of time. Over decades, expansion and contraction of building materials caused by hot and cold weather creates gaps and cracks in homes that allow critters to gain entry. Foundations settle and wood rots creating additional vulnerabilites.
Every home is unique, some require sealing a single quarter sized hole to prevent mice while others require the installation of Ridge Guard and significant soffit repair.

Bed Bugs
Don’t let the bed bugs bite!
Bed bugs are sneaky little hitchhikers that often enter your home without you even knowing. They travel on suitcases, secondhand furniture, or even through the walls of a multi-unit residence. Rather than let these bugs get you down, get rid of them for good with professional help from our Ann Arbor team.
Our bed bug service includes an initial inspection to positively confirm the presence of bed bugs. Once confirmed, we provide two conventional treatments alternating products each time to combat resistant bed bugs. Our final visit includes the installation of mattress and box spring encasements to help prevent future bed bugs. If you believe you have bed bugs send over a photo using our photo portal. We will provide you with a custom quote based on the size of the space that needs to be treated and the amount of mattress and box spring covers necessary.
